Last Day on Earth: Survival: Crazy Zombie Apocalypse Review
Last Day on Earth: Survival is a 2,5D survival shooter set in the post-apocalyptic world crowded with hungry zombies and other dangerous monsters. You also have to protect yourself from other players in the huge multiplayer world and upgrade your gear to survive longer. You can download Last Day on Earth: Survival on App Store and Google Play.
Graphics – 5/5
Last Day on Earth: Survival game has incredibly smooth and detailed visuals. The camera view is always above the character and high above the ground so that you could see what happens around and be ready for action. Detalization of textures, physics, and lighting are on a very high level as for a mobile open-world survival game.
Gameplay – 5/5
Last Day on Earth: Survival gameplay and setting are based on such popular survival franchises as H1Z1, Day Z, and ARK Survival. The story mode is combined with a wide range of multiplayer challenges and seasonal events. You can not only explore the world but also create your very own vault. Upgrade it to achieve better living conditions and get more options for crafting. Don’t be confused by the walls of your hut and think about security. You can stop intruders with fortifications and inventive traps.
Your character is a realistic human who has many needs, so you have to keep him or her from hunger, thirst, and diseases. The crafting system in this game is comparable to the best PC games and requires you to collect items and combine them to get new weapons, upgrades, and even vehicles. No matter what you find, it’s better to carry it home to use later or exchange for something else.
Controls – 5/5
Last Day on Earth: Survival latest version has a simple control layout that replicates a standard console gamepad. There’s a stick on the left for running and functional buttons on the right. You can control everything with your right thumb while walking. Commands include grabbing, shooting, inventory, navigation, healing, aiming, sprinting, and looking through binoculars.
Replay Value – 5/5
For this Last Day on Earth: Survival review, I started playing Season 2, and it felt like only the beginning. Developers do their best to throw you into exciting events and avoid monotonous quests. Every next season will add new zombies, weapon types, armor, crafting blueprints, events, and storylines, so you won’t have time to get bored.
The Bottom Line
Last Day on Earth: Survival is an addictive experience. It’s a full-value survival game that could be exciting even on a PC. It combines the best features of popular desktop and console titles and presents them is a convenient pocket format. You can play it online alone or invite your friends and enjoy exploration in teams having conversations in the voice chat.
